Is this finally the picture that changes Miley Cyrus's image for good like it did for Britney Spears?
I would think not but how squeaky clean is she? I mean Britney and Christina both started as Disney girls too...

Basically Perez Hilton found or was sent the picture of Miley Cyrus upskirt or miley cyrus sans underwear
getting out of a car. He tweeted it and now might face charges but she is a celebrity and the internet is supposed
to be freedom of speech. It's not a sexual thing, it's a picture! This seems like it'll be a photo scandal that'll last for a long time!

Do you think this will ruin Miley Cyrus image and/or will Perez Hilton
actually face jail time or be fined and lose his career?

I think Miley Cyrus knows she is photographed every second of every single day
and bottom line is that she needs to always be wearing underwear or she risks
these types of pictures. Very simple and she can't be upset because she knew
exactly what could happen and I'm guessing this isn't the first time she's left
the house commando!
